height adjustable, no adjustable damping though... if you want that then your looking at £900 upwards!!

does it make that much of a difference? would you go for the height adjustable weitec's for £600 or the damping adjustable coils from v-maxx for £570?

well id read a smany reviews as possible... loads on here! quite a few people run Weitecs & love them! dont know as many with Vmax (V6pete) has them but i havent seen him on here for aaaaages!! the fact they are cheaper but have added functionality would put me off a bit.. what car are they for and why are you going coils? looks or performance?

They are for my A3 Sline. . . . .looking to enhance both looks and performance spending that sort of money alot of people before i came on this site said that lower ride height compremises comfort but have read that this is not true if a good standard of coil is bought . .

proper ones.... why you after KW V3s?, when you are, let me know... i know a man ;)

hasnt sub got jords Weitecs now?

Right...........let me help you lads out.

Out of V-Maxx and Weitec, Weitec are the better coilovers, BUT they are in a different price bracket. Out of Weitec and KW, KW are the better coilover, BUT, again, different price bracket. I have experience in most new vag cars on alot of different coilover setups. My friend Karl is running V-Maxx adjustable dampening on his B6 Cab, running 19x9s with a 215/35 and the ride is absolutley spot on:

Weitec will have slightly better build quality but then again this is reflected in the price. I had top of the range KW coilovers on my car before I went air ride, but I was driven by quality and not by budget. So its horses for courses as they say......

I think im in LOVE for the first time, first time! With my V-MAXX coilovers. All jokes aside now, the V-maxx coilovers i purchased through N8 KOW are really good, i have mine set to maximum hard and it still rides smoothly even with the stretch. When the winter fell i set all four corners to soft just out of curiosity and it was seriously like being in a Bentley. Like N8 said the build quality will be much better on the weitecs and kw's. Kw's ftw if you intend on keeping the car for many years as they are stainless steel.

haha not sure if hes doing bilsteins... i can always find out tho when your ready for them
