Hi mate,
You would be best just buying an RS3 grille. There one on ebay RS3 8P front center grille chrome + black color for RS3 A3 S3 Audi style Europe | eBay
But yes to make the honeycomb grille you need your current grille and then a RS4/RS6/TTRS/RS5 grille what ever grille you want to use. But personally if i had an 8P3 id just buy the RS3 grille.
pm me where your hunting for the damaged stuff i can show you the way
just bought myself a tidy new daily for me to work on so the s3 can change significantly again

Have you thought about plasti-dip, or something else a little less reflective? You can't see it in your sig, so I see what you mean about certain angles.

Man, this car is so tidy!
I saw at one point you said you'd mention how you got the grille to fit, but I didn't see if you actually got around to it?
Forgive me if I missed it - I did just go through 11 pages!
Cheers man.
Tom.
great pics Ash B lad. you make me want to blow £550 on a rs3 grill. car looks great fella
Car does look amazing, think its a little low at the back for me but other than that its perfect.
How come you chose to have a square number plate at the back?
Ah right now i understand.
I do love Bentley wheels on Audi's, i'd get a set if they weren't too ****** expensive and i didnt have to travel over 500 miles a week!
Again mate, stunning car!

Thanks mate  I only paid £950 for these without tyes and they were gloss black at the time and in good condition came with spare centre caps as well. Thinking of buying some other wheels as daily. As i dont want to be damaging these going through country lanes to work every day. Just the hassle of splitting them, refurbing and rebuilding them. But didnt do bad for my first set of split's![]()
Cheers man. That's exactly what I wanted to know.Hi Tom,
Didnt actually get round to what? lol...Sorry might just be me being silly half a sleep still ha.
With the grilles, you have to take both grilles a part, start cutting the RS6 grille down to size. And use the outer S3 grille and just put them back together. Not sure what he used to stick them together. But will ask when i see him.
Lol my wife would tear me a new one if i paid that much for some alloys since we have just had a baby!
In the future i think i'll stretch that far for a set.
Think it would be a good idea for you to get some winter wheels, they're far too good to mess up but i know as soon as you put the winter wheels on you will miss your posh wheels straight away as i did when i had my BMW!
There a set on edition38 now for £750 minus centre caps which do cost a bomb to buy. So think thats why they are still for sale. Plus if your wife asks just bend the truth a bit and say they were cheaper
Cheers man. That's exactly what I wanted to know.![]()
Looking great mate, all the better with the back a little higher/front down to match![]()
I have three words though.. Black Interior Mirror! Just paint it like I did![]()
I refuse to raise it. I like how it sits on the back just need arch rolled for a bit more clearance.
One was alright and really interested in the car and asking about it. The female well at first she was a see you next tuesday but after abit of talking she wasnt too bad and let me go
. And my last little run in with them they did threaten to take my car off me next time they pull me
And were both the biggest ar$£ h0les i ever met. Lol one of them HATED and i mean HATED with a passion that i had bentleys on
i still have my black interior mirror for sale!
i still have my black interior mirror for sale!

Very easy to fit the mirror mate, just get hold of the bit that attached to the windscreen with some mole grips and TWIST 90 degrees. Don't pull or push as this won't help and may damage the screen. Actually comes off very easy with the grips!
