knocking on my s3

hi i can here a knocking noice when changing gear from 1st to 2nd when moving off in my car.putting power down etc to move off. some times i can here it when slowing down for a Junction and putting it in 2nd gear to go round the corner etc could it be the Front Engine Mount Dog Bone bush ????? anyone had the same prob ? plz help

it could be a lot of things even a broken spring, best jack it up and have a look
