Hi there, hope your well. I have a 2004 A4 Cabriolet 1.8T Quattro. I want to fit a front mount upgraded intercooler and as far as I know nobody makes a direct fit item so a few people have sugested that I buy a "universal" front mount intercooler and fir that instead. I don't really know where to and what I should be looking at though? and whether there are any pro's and con's that are not obvious?!
My car is mildly tuned with a Full Miltek exhaust system, remap, carbonio induction and Forge Diverter Valve and I want to open up the power at the lower end of the rev range, and from what i've seen in various tests an upgraded intercooler should be a good starting point for me, hopefully!
