1.9 TDi Oil help

Hi Guys,

I know there is a lot of posts on this subject but they all seem to be for the 2.0 TDi.

I have a 2004 (54) 1.9 TDi (105bhp) that needs an oil change. Have been told by one garage that it needs 5w 30 and another that it needs 10w 30.

Can anyone advise me please?

5w 30 fully synthetic for anyone else who has a 1.9 Tdi.
