1.8tfsi Spark Plug Replacement

My car is due a service shortly and my plugs were changed at 60k i am now at 130k so im guessing they need changing again,has anyone got any recommendations for plugs,also when at 120k i had a stage 1 remap,would that make a difference to which plug would be best?
Any help on this would be great.thanks

Go up by 1 or 2 on the heat rating. Make sure you use platinum or iredium plugs
