1.8T smoking at idle

my mates audi a4 1.8t is smoking at idle

the smoke is whitish and it smells like oil!!!

any ideas??

Turbo seals are probably shot.

My bet is the turbo oil rings are gone, it's either recon time or replacement by the sounds.

Does it get better or worse under boost?
