Can anyone tell me what current/ampage/amperage the fuel pump on a 1997 petrol 1.8T should be drawing on tick-over/idle please?
My pump draws about 7.5 amps on idle and the fuse for its circuit is a 15Amp.
I’m wondering if the pump is getting too old and needs replacing.
