Good news may have a lead on a bex turbo the guy is getting back to me tomorrow doesn't know if it needs work or not but think I am having it anyway

What are you having trouble with?

Getting the new engine loom to connect to the car body as the 2 couldn't be any more different and time is killing me as work is eating every minute I'm awake, hence my lack of presence here :-(

With the new turbo injectors and manifold do I need to upgrade the intercooler or will the original be OK cheers

For the effects of the upgrades you mention above to have maximum benefit I'd say yes. Regarding the IC you'll probs have to go down the custom route as most 'off the shelf' units take a bit of hacking to fit so I'm told.

Do I need to buy a intercooler with a hole for the sensor or can I get away with it or can I just diy a hole in it cheers

you can buy a piece of tube with the sensor boss in it. Take a look at my Sub-Wellycooler thread for some pics.
