1.8t 190 s-line road tax

Hi all, thinking of getting one ^ and im wondering how much road tax is for the year?! Looked in to it a bit but just want to confirm what people pay for an 04 plate s-line petrol? Might be cheaper to tax a b5 s4 (and cheaper to buy!). Thanks in advance!

Just taxed my a4 190 s line for 6 months it was £148

Tax is pain but what do we do. I only buy six months and then sorn for the the other six.

Thanks for the replies fellas, think i can just about stomach the prices mentioned so the s-line dream lives on! For my b5 tqs.... 6 months at the end of this month is £121. I hate tax!
