1.4tfsi ticking noise

I've had this strange ticking noise for 2 days. I originally thought it was coming from the area around the alternator but now it sounds like its coming from the back. I'll attach a video so you can all see what I'm talking about. Any idea of what it could be?

*it stops when revved so it is definitely an idle noise.

Just a quick suggestion because it's late at the minute for me but possibly a pulley that's gone? Maybe check the condition of your drive belt, remove it and check the pulleys for any play/end float.
