09 A4 avant estate worth buying? 117k miles

Going down to see the guy tomorrow so that's my info. Reckons he can drop the price a bit more, has full history and he's a guy that own a courier business so is well use to maintaining vehicles so I'd assume he would look after his own car. Any specifics I should ask about etc, I know there's decent miles on it but change of belts and pump at 105k should give it another 80k miles possibly
