07 sline bumper parts

Hi all. I've just got hold of an 07 sline bumper for my 54 plate sline

It has fog lights but no bulbs and no bulb holder or loom.

Question I have is what bulbs are used, and is the plugs the same off my 54 plate?

Also what modifications need to be made to the crash bar to fit the bumper?

The bumper will fit straight on, without modification.

Can't remember about the bulbs/connectors though!
