If I would do a stage 2 remap on my Audi S3(with already installed induction kit and decat) with superchips bluefin, I would gain 52 bhp and 81nm in torque acoording to superchips webpage, what would be my time 0-100?
Ok I agree, let me rephrase myself would it be under 5.0 sec?How long is a piece of string???? The answer to the question will be known when you do it as everyones time would be different due to road conditions, climate, tyre pressures, driver error etc etc. Let us know when you do it.

Some of the online calculators aren't far off,and going from past experience with other cars,I doubt it would be much below 5s.
Don't worry too much about traffic light drag times....the midrange torque is what it's all about.
DUal mass flywheel is surprisingly robust, but the stock clutch isn't.I'd be happy with 4,9 sec or 5.0, I know 431 nm of torque is spectacular for me, I'm a newbie I just hope my clutch and flywheel will endure this torque..
if he's talking 5.0 secs I would have thought he meant 100 kph or 62 mph.5 secs for 0-100 mph? That's Veyron performance, thought it would be closer to the 13 sec mark....
5 secs for 0-100 mph? That's Veyron performance, thought it would be closer to the 13 sec mark....

I think that Revo Stg2 and Bluefin Stg2 are the same in gaining bhp, someone correct me if I'm wrong, I like Bluefin more because its'a DIY, and for Revo I have to take it to a Revo Dealer, I don't like this.. :/Bluefin is tame go Revo and you'll get 330-340 with the same specced car
what more could a man want with stage 2, I'd be very much happy with this time.. Did you get an intake and a decat? My car is bluefin stage 2, and my mate plugged this device into it to measure my 0-60 times and the best I got was 4.9
That's true, although each has it's advantages and disadvantages......the Bluefin you essentially load yourself, whereas the Revo is more customisable, and with the SPS,you have the ability to change or customise settings for boost and timing(assuming you know what you're up to!).I think that Revo Stg2 and Bluefin Stg2 are the same in gaining bhp, someone correct me if I'm wrong, I like Bluefin more because its'a DIY, and for Revo I have to take it to a Revo Dealer, I don't like this.. :/

CEL is a check engine light on the dash, when a cat is not functioning properly or is not there at all, when you put a sport cat or a decat, but the stage 2 map solves this problem, so the man says in the upper post.. And about the price, the question was stage 2 map costs 415 pounds and stage 3 map (if I put the needed hardware and decide to go to stage 3) costs the same 415 pounds, how much do I need to pay if I later on decide to go from stage 2 to stage 3? again 415 pounds or??What's a CEL? Nope I just fitted the sports cat, paid £50 to upgrade to the stage 2 map! If you want to upgrade to stage 3 you will have to pay £50 for the map then the relevant hardware
why don't you ask bluefin directly? i guess it shouldn't be full remap price as you allready have their stage 2.
i think that revo charges 50 from stage 2 to stage 2+, so i guess it should be similar...
someone said in the upper post that it can do 4,9 with an S3 with bluefin stage 2 map..I'm very surprised that a Stage 2 or 2+ S3 doesn't do low 4s?? Maybe it just needs to be launched hard?
RS3 can do 3.8 stock and Lancer Evolutions are around 4.4 stock.
A mapped FWD GTI/A3 2.0T DSG can do mid-high 5s on a good day.
what is your 0-60 time with 500 bhp? It's really not worth getting obsessed with 0-60 times as it ends in tears every time.
Either wrecked drivetrains or my cars not as fast as it should be......
As long as its roughly right, the rest comes down to how hard it's launched and a host of other factors likes tyres, road conditions, etc etc

on that same good day mapped s3 will do low 4.I'm very surprised that a Stage 2 or 2+ S3 doesn't do low 4s?? Maybe it just needs to be launched hard?
