New RS3 owner. Picked it up today and all was well. Phone was paired, calls working and Spotify playing fine over Bluetooth.

Went back out later, and the phone was no longer paired.

“Bluetooth is deactivated in the settings”

- Activate Bluetooth

If I go into settings:

“Bluetooth is not activated. Would you like to activate it now?”

- Yes

“The Bluetooth function is currently unavailable “

If I look at the dashboard display:

“Note: Navigation defective”

Satnav also no longer works...

Tried resetting factory defaults, tried the reset button combo. I’m now at a loss...

Any suggestions? So pleased to have the car, but a bit of a downer already.

I think I saw a video on YouTube about rebooting your mmi system.
Failing that you will more than likely need dealership diagnostics or equivalent to fault find this unit

Yep, spoke to the dealer and they've agreed to get it into the Audi garage for diagnostics on Monday.

It may benefit from an MMI software update?

(Current version is MSTD_EU_AU_P5101 and has the B&O stereo).

Carista OOB reported an issue with the 'infotainment system' but I couldn't find a match for the code (06668). There was a mention on a Seat forum that Carista commonly misreported codes.

Let's see what Audi say next week.

Follow up.
Took it the Audi Dealer. They ‘did a hard reset’ and reinstalled the software. The tech had seen the issue before a couple of times ‍♂️
Either way, all working!
