£2700 to £750 in 30 minutes...crazy!!

I just got my renewal from Privilege - £750 last year...the renewal was for £2700!!!! I cancelled and took up a new policy with Elephant including the lowering and alloy mods for £750, job done!!

The alloys aren't covered but they're listed..

Anyone know how to insure alloy wheels in the UK?

£750? How old are you and where do you live? We could have quoted to include the alloys. Did you try us?

I'm 37 and live in Surrey. Only took out the policy today so can cancel..

Audi SQ5, 6 months old, 4k miles on the clock. Couple of minor incidents in the last 12 months clean record before that....
