wheel arch

I have wheels that are 20 inch 8.5J ET45 for my S4 B9 They are hitting the Caliper and i need wheel spacers, im not sure what size i need, i want to use the most minimal sized wheel spacers to keep the wheel away from the wheel arch as much as i can, can anyone work out what size i need?

I'm not educated enough in these sort of things, but was looking to change the wheels on my car to either 18s or 19s and wondering what offset and width would be efficient without the wheels rubbing etc New to this and would greatly appreciate any help

Looking at getting 20x10 wheels all round as I have a Quattro. Ive lowered my car and now sure if they will go, I don't want to turn full lock and take out the wing! Can anyone relate to this.
