    "Audi Tetbury"
    Pros - Bright, clean dealership with helpful attentive staff.
    Cons - Calls not always returned within the promised timescale.
    Had brilliant experience on the sales front both with OH's A1 in 2012, and my S3 in 2014. For me, the salesman went the extra mile in getting an S3 for the test drive and in a totally non pressured environment gave me the right deal. Our combined experience was so good, OH's son subsequently purchase a pre loved A3 from them.

    That said, there were a number of issues with the paintwork insurance on the A1 initially and also the infamous window rattle on the S3, but through the process Tetbury have gone out of their way to resolve. The Master Tech has been particularly helpful/knowedgeable on a couple of obscure issues on the S3.

    Only downside I've personally found is that whilst calls are always returned, they're not always within the promised timescale.

    Pros - Service Deptarment and Parts Department are excellent
    I dont have any experience of there sales dept but have dealt extensively with parts and service department.
    On occaision where my allroad has been in for warranty work they always supply a "like for like" vehicle. Warranty work is always completed quickly and im kept informed.
    Whenever it is serviced with them they always leave a 1ltr bottle of Castrol Edge "expert" in footwell encase a top up is required, that and a can of lubricating/multipurpose spray.

    On a rare occaision where i use bristol Audi i find there parts people lacking in knowledge and slow.
    A quick call to Tetbury Audi usually restores my faith in the brand as they quickly confirm required part number and on most occasions its in stock..

    "Engineers Report following Bad Warranty Job"
    Took my A3 2.0TDI to them following a porous head replacement by a garage in Leicestershire which had been bodged, needed to prove the amount of damage caused by such garage. Service department were extremely helpful and kept me up to date with regular phone calls, letting me know what was wrong with the car and informing me of more problems I was unaware of! Overall, bad experience on a whole with the car, however the experience at Tetbury Audi was second to none. Will not hesitate to use them again!

    I bought my first S1 from these guys and to be absolutely fair, would never ever go back. After owning the car for a couple of weeks I noticed the bonnet, after opening it to check the fluids, when closed moved over to one side and collided with the A pillar. Long story short after much stress and the embarrassment of my local dealer telling me they would not touch my car under warranty (5k on the clock) as the bonnet had been re-painted. My pride and joy was a crash damaged car, which I rejected back to Tetbury Audi. Eventually supplied with a second S1 from them via another dealer in there group at an extra cost of course. They had the bent one up for sale within a very short time, pity whoever bought it.

    Cons - Useless and rude reception/sales team
    Grumpy senior tech
    Service manager who doesn’t respond to emails.
    Having dealt with a service rep and tech called Andy previously on a warranty issue, they were pretty decent.

    However took my new car in to have the car assigned to me on Audi app, after being told to wait for someone who was on the phone they got off and decided they couldn’t be bothered to deal with me so basically told the receptionist to send me on my way or wait for an unknown amount of time.

    Service manager doesn’t respond to emails despite putting his face on a poster in the entrance asking for your feedback.

    Senior tech is a grumpy old fart.
