Pros - - Good customer service and punctual with timing

I have to admit my experience about Stockport Audi is very mixed. Overall they are ok, not above expectation sort of thing considering how pricey they are.
However, one time I went for an exhaust sleeve change, I was charged and told that it is changed, luckily I could physically validate, so after I got home, I lied down to see how the new sleeve looks only to find out that it was the same old corroded sleeve. I took photos and emailed it to the service adviser. Service Adviser accepted the mistake and offered me one oil change service and MOT free of cost as a compensation in addition to of course getting the sleeve actually changed.
I accepted the offer and went ahead with it, however from inside I was very disappointed because you wouldn't expect to be fooled like this, what if I couldn't validate it physically, what if it was a fluid change that never happened?
Anyway, personally speaking the service adviser made me feel confident again, and gives special attention.
So, overall I think its alright to go for this service center, I'd not turn them down for one bad experience which was anyway compensated fairly.
I've not experienced their sales department.
Pros - Helpful staff and a nice showroom in general
Cons - waiting time, not enough seating.
Waiting times were longer than expected to get a health check done but maybe it was a one off. Car is booked in for an MOT and have requested a courtesy car for the day. Did tell them it needs to be a similar sized vehicle as my a5 as I will need the extra space for passengers etc. Will have to see if they are able to accommodate this or not.
