    Wife just bought a brand new Q3 Vorsprung. Price was very competitive, my local dealer had exactly the same spec car available for £3.5k more.

    Called the dealership, had a quick discussion and also mentioned might be interested in part ex her existing Q3. Was asked a couple of questions re condition, service history etc and was immediately offered circa £1k more than WBAC were offering so became a no brainer as they could also sort out the private plate transfer immediately when we picked up the new car too rather than me having to rely on the DVLA.

    Dealt with Liam throughout the whole process, he was really helpful making the whole process really easy and left us thinking he really wanted our business.

    Subsequently checked on what they were asking for the old Q3 - it had been marked up by circa 2k. Taking into account this included a warranty I genuinely thought we had be offered a really fair price for the car.

    I’ve had Audis for over 10 years and during that time experienced a range of dealer service offerings!!

    Lincoln Audi have been far the best and I would not hesitate to use them again.

    As a 19 year old I expected to be laughed out the show room when I walked in to test drive an S3 in December, but to my surprise Ben was very helpful and took me out in a few different cars and even a play in an RS3.

    The only point I would make is one that applies to most dealers and this one in particular has a reputation for, They are overly keen, pushing cars double your budget on you, calling 2,3, 4 times a day when you are at work. It does make the whole process a bit stressful.

    If you don't mind this, you'll love the service!

    I dealt with Eddie over the phone today to order sat Nav activation parts. Sadly what I asked for wasn't available but he gave me some advice on what to look out for etc.

    20 minutes after hanging up he calls me back and says he has found an old map pack from 2015 laying around and gave it to me at a fantastic price. Sorted out over the phone and posted today.

    Really happy and a credit to Audit dealerships. Having dealt with a local dealership who couldn't have been less helpful it was a delightful change.

    Pros - great car , price and prep. lovely people to deal and barter with.

    coffee in proper cups
    Cons - none whatsoever
    Dealt with Ben H, sales and Gary C, business manager, both smart and sharp (in the right way).

    Car was prep'd like a new one (14 months old) and handed over, in my own time, in the 'bay' which was a great touch (maybe they had, for them, a quiet day).

    Have used dealership on and off for years, for service and parts but first time I've actually bought from them and on this basis I'll be as Arnie would say...

    Cant fault them, even with the showroom closed and them operating from temporary cabins the service and whole experience was perfect.
    I committed to buy 2 days before Christmas Eve and collected it under 48 hours later!
    Will definitely use them again even though I live 200 miles away. Dealers nearer London do not seem to offer the same excellent service.

    Went in to Lincoln Audi to look at a used A4, I was told that a new car would cost me less. Due to the new A4 coming out Audi UK had a dealer contribution and the numbers did in fact come back cheaper.
    Further discounts were negotiated, free servicing and gap insurance were thrown in and I was happy. I rang around 3 different franchises to see if they could do more but Lincoln really had done the best deal possible.
    I to wait two weeks as I would get some free upgrades (none of the other dealerships knew anything about this) so 14 days later my "Black edition plus 177 Quattro" was ordered. As expected my order was changed by the system "black edition nav 190 Quattro", two of my options also changed, the high tech package was now standard and the electric seats and mirrors were now part of a pack that included the memory functions.
    The Site is currently being completely demolished for a new state of the art facility which will surely only see this dealership grow
