    I just found them an arrogant bunch of young lads who I can safely say I will not even be considering in the future.

    They weren't particularly helpful once the sale was slipping away from them either and didn't seem too interested in resolving my concerns.

    In the end I went to Carlisle Audi who were much more down to earth and just easier to deal with at similar prices.

    "Great Service - New S3 Saloon"
    Pros - Best price, painless process
    Ordered a new S3 Saloon when they had a factory build slot that could be amended and offered me a great deal. Whole process was done via phone/email, and handover on the day was quick and simple. Many thanks Matthew Allen and all at Lake District Audi.

    "Excellent service"
    Pros - Professional, friendly, competitive
    Cons - 1 hour drive from me.
    Used a couple of different Audi dealers in the past but I can honestly say Lakedistrict have been the best. The offered me a very competitive part ex against a My16 A4. I got free mats (rubber and textile), free flaps, full tank, free sports bag. Car was well presented on collection and the sales guy was very knowledgeable regarding the product and brand. The free service pack was a bonus too.
    I recently took the car in for warranty work (software update) and again the service was excellent. the only niggle was the A3 courtesy car was very basic but this only confirmed how good my A4 is. I will definitely be dealing with this company again.

    "awful customer service"
    poor sales team , was dealt with by a young lad that has zero passion or by the looks of it time for me, i think i had more product knowledge than he did ! looking at buying a new rs3 went through all the motions options pricing on which he wasn't helpful. i explained that i was in a position to move quickly as i had just sold my m5 but that didn't even ***** his ears up as i basically was sold if he could close me. to top it off i was unable to test drive the demonstrator that was parked up next to mine as it was appointment only and would have to book in next week ... so took my money else where and got an rs6
