    Pros - Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
    I recently purchased a new Q2 and Mark (Dolan) was very helpful and knowledgeable making sure I got the specification I wanted. Even when there was a problem, which was not their fault, Mark went out of his way to resolve the problem.

    Without hesitation I would recommend them.

    Pros - Reception staff very helpful and try there best to help and assist were they can
    Cons - Don't bother to call back when they say they will don't email
    I was waiting on a quote from body shop was told that the email would be with me at the end of day ,never arrived, so gave them till 3 o'clock the next day ,still no email, so phoned reception and was told someone from body shop would contact me before finishing time two days later and counting :notworking::end of discction:

    "Communication is the worst EVER !!!"
    Pros - Friendly staff instore, clean fresh and so so parking availability
    Cons - Worst ever, and I mean EVER at communicating with customers
    I have honestly lost count the amount of times we have called Dundee Audi and told someone would call back. We knew no one would call but ALWAYS left it till the end of day before calling back.

    I don't know who organises their customer call back but whoever it is should be sacked!

    There is also no apology when the call is returned, if and when it happens

    I used their online chat to ask about an 800 mile rsq3 for sale.
    Was told it was still for sale but had a few more miles on it.
    Left my contact details as I was lookng to see any options fitted and the exact mileage.
    1 day later, still waiting for any info.
    2 days later. Email them requesting info.
    Day 3, Im still waiting.

    Recently bought a Audi A5 Sportback Black Edition for delivery in March 2016. Dealt with them over the phone and they were excellent sorting out everything. The person I dealt with (John) was excellent really efficient and couldn't do enough to help. Very informative and helpful with helping add additional options onto the car. Would recommend buying from this dealer!
