Pros - Parts department quite helpful.
Cons - They don’t listen to customers,
Trying to force first expensive repairs instead trying alternative cheaper solutions,
A7 been twice there for full service and gearbox service, which I found out 10k later at other Audi dealer that gearbox wasn’t touched which Coventry Audi denied. Second time went for service of air conditioning and tinting windows. They kept the car for week and only air con done. I had to harass them when my car will be ready. Eventually when they rang me guy on the phone had the voice tone like I didn’t want to pick it up for a week and I asked them to do something impossible.
Lately I took my S4 there and the people at the desk they don’t listen what You telling them to do and solution You giving them to try first before You will have to spend £2500 - £3000.
Pros - Clown Salesman thought a GTR was made by Toyota. Clearly lacking competence and professional workers. Ordering the the wrong parts and not correcting nor refunding.
Cons - Con? The whole place is a Con.
They searched my car on the database and ordered a part for the intercooler. Turned out to be wrong and refused to refund nor replace for the correct one. WTF that's why I asked them to order it so it turns out right!!!
Out of pocket and a useless part.

Cons - Untrustworthy
Took my S3 in for a rattle. Then had a call asking if the technician could take the car home for road test.... Erm, 37k car, don't know who or where the car is going.... I don't think so matey, nice try but you are not ragging the hell out of my 4 week old car!!! Went to pick up the keys from a sheepish looking service manager. Would I use them again?? WIF! Sorry listers lost all faith!!
