    "Fixed a problem that Cheltenham Audi couldn't"
    Pros - Fantastic service
    Cons - Nothing
    My A3 developed a fault with the MMI, losing DAB from the menu. Car had warranty from Sinclair Direct - but as I'm local to Chelt they said to take it there. Short version - Chelt couldn't fix it.

    Bridgend fixed it, gave a courtesy car and did a great job of cleaning the inside and outside.
    Explained what the issue was, plenty of tea/coffee - couldn't ask for more.

    Shame I'm not closer as I'd go there everytime :)

    Pros - Smaller dealership, felt under no pressure at all
    Cons - Parking is difficult
    Small Garage, but very well to go that extra mile, purchased by S3 from there after trying numerous garages. Paul the salesman was outstanding and very patient. Everything was sorted very easily and nothing was too much hassle, bonus as well even the Mrs enjoyed being in a car garage!!!

    "Good people to deal with"
    Pros - Small, friendly garage
    Cons - Parking is terrible
    Small, friendly garage with good staff and good service.
    I've had my A6 in there for 3 services and warranty work. Each time it's been done on time and a clean, valeted car has been handed back.
    The usual caveats apply, you pay Audi hourly rates which pays for the coffee and leather seats but then what did you expect?

    "Great customer service"
    Great customer service from Bridgend Audi service department. Had my car in there a few times now. Once for a dodgy coil pack then a mot and then a oil change service and every time the service has been spot on. I do usually leave the car with them for a few hours but I only live 2 miles from the garage so usually walk home then walk back a few hours later to pick it up. Prices are a bit more than independent garages but they arent too bad if you want to keep the genuine Audi servicing.

    "Major service after 2.0 TFSI Oil Rebuild.."
    Pros - Treated properly after recent experiences with Audi Cardiff...
    Cons - No coffee offered..
    Took my car into Bridgend after the let down I experienced with Cardiff! (See my review in them with regards to the oil issue).
    Car had a Major service including brake fluid change FOC courtesy of Audi UK..
    Service advisor at Bridgend was Geoff & he was great. Car had a complete check over, valet & even a missing suspension cover in the engine bay that was missed from my rebuild was posted on.
    They also waived the £15 insurance excess.
    Total cost that day was £5 in diesel for the rather nice brand new A4 S line TDI loan car..
    Car will definitely be going back there in two years for the next minor 'Free' service...
