    "Wheel Bolt Cover tweezers"
    Pros - FOC
    Cons - What's not to like
    My partner's A3 has wheels with wheel bolt covers on each bolt but there was no tweezers in the tool roll, only round puller for use with centre cap covers which her wheels don't have.

    Popped in to Bolton Audi today, spoke to the parts (manager?). He went away and came back a few minutes later with the tweezers. FOC he said:thumbs up:.

    "Found my really deep rattle on my S4"
    Pros - Nearby, technician came out and we went for a drive to demonstrate the noise. A few hours later was told what the faulty item was and would order a replacement for the following day
    Had a really horrible deep and boom rattle in the car over some road surfaces.

    On the day of appointment technician came out and we went for a drive to demonstrate the noise. A few hours later was told what the faulty item was and would order a replacement for the following day. Replaced the armrest.

    Perfect service for me and one of the best car repair experiences I have had in over 25 years.

    "Sales OK, After service was disgraceful"
    Pros - Close to my home address, thats about the only positive thing I can say
    Cons - Non existent aftersales service
    The car purchase went OK but the communication pre hand over could have been better. Had the sales exec bothered to return my call then I could have avoided the 10 day delay while my personal plate retention certificate went back through the DVLA process. On the day of the collection the sales exec collected me from my home address which to be fair was a nice touch. Vehicle hand over was nothing special, it felt a little rushed.

    2 days after collecting the ca I noticed that the seat bolster on the passenger side didn't look right as though the padding was misplaced or the wrong shape. I email photos to my sales exec who promised to forward it to the correct department. I will add here that it was very late August and the dealer would have been busy with new car sales so I didn't expect an overnight response.
    A week later I sent a chasing email - no response
    after a further week I left the sales exec an answer phone message - no response
    I then emailed the head of business who appologised for the poor service and promised to come back to me by the close of play the following day - nothing happened

    Tired of the terrible service I took the car to Audi Stockport. Within 15 minutes the car was booked in and a courtesy car arranged.
    Despite being the closest dealer to me I will never set foot in Audi Bolton again. There is absolutely no excuse not to respond to a customer message let alone ignore 5 attempts

    "New Car Order"
    Pros - Great sales team to negotiate with
    Good selection of cars to test drive
    Cons - Small garage - parking can be tricky
    Both my wife and I have ordered new cars from Bolton Audi

    They have been great at the sales process and we have both achieved the models we want for the price we wanted.

    After sales have been great also, with a few little niggles on the wife's A1, being quickly resolved.

    Would recommend them if your in the market for an Audi (and live in/near Bolton)

    "Zero communication"
    Pros - They aim to please, and got exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay.
    Cons - Zero communication!
    After putting a deposit down on a vehicle on the friday (both myself and my girlfriend) we agreed to go in on Monday to sign the paperwork off.

    I rang up to double check everything was okay and couldn't get hold of my dealer. He got back to me approx 2pm and told me my car had gone (somebody had put a deposit down before me, apparently). I was explained to, how the systems take 'about a day' to update'... So i'm not sure why it took until Monday for ME to contact them, to tell me my car had gone?

    After being promised a call back on the Tuesday to sort another car, I was, again, chasing and failing to speak to anybody. They eventually rang me back at 4pm and offered me another vehicle, with upgraded paint and privacy glass.

    They seem to have strived to make up for their lack of communication, which I have massively appreciated. Although I just didn't appreciate being kept in the dark about my order whereabouts, and what other cars they were trying to sort for me.
