Yea thats what i was possibly considering as seen hiw much trouble he was having selling.
May return to standard and keep it a bit longer as buying a house and paying for a wedding is going to drain any funds for a new toy

Just noticed today my windscreen is struggling to demist. No air seems to be blowing out of the vents on top of dash. Comes out of the others fine. Is this an easy fix?
sure someone will correct me if im wrong, but you can get that sort of stance with any coilovers, budget or expensive. it all comes down to handling and comfort and durability in the end, cheeper wont be as good as expensive.
from those pictures i would say they are not staggerd, as they both...
i didnt take it all the way off, got too frustrated, but managed to remove the motor by just undoing the first too screws. then i blanked the wiper hole. for a cleaner smoother rear end. although sometimes i wish i hadnt, when i cant see out of the rear window!
Yes you can get away with 9.5 all round. It all depends on the et of the wheel as to how far they stick out. But i personally like the staggered fitment.
As for coilovers it all depends on what your budget for them are.
Yea it does that, but as said there is a gap by the radiator, if close this it moves the gap to by the bonnet strut. Seen some that have been cut down to fit. Just wondered were was best to cut etc
Would it not be an idea to check the part number on the microswitch already fitted to the car?
Failing that audi will get correct part if give them your reg number, or try stoke audi. They seemed to have helped loads of people on here
Picked this up today part no. 8E0103927c
Could someone explain how they fitted it please? Im left with a big gap at the base, by grill. Is there parts i need to cut to get to fit. If so could somebody mark them onto the picture above.
Cheers
You will need to remove the glove box. Its simple. 3 x 8mm nuts inside the glove box, 2 x 8mm at base of glove box in footwell and 1 more behind the end cover of dash.
Take these out. Drop box and light is easy to change.
