Looks like the TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system) warning light. Maybe the battery is low in the valve and as it's yellow not red it's an alert to change it.

With proper maintenance this engine will do 300k no problem.

I had the same feeling but to a lesser extent, didn't really think much about it as it wasn't a problem after the car was warm. However, after a carbon clean the difference when cold was night and day, a lot smoother idle and a lot less "lumpy". HTH.
