LED headlight conversion that actually works

I have had zero issues with the temp from the LED's, in fact the bulbs I have use a heat sync that screws on to the back of the bulb but due to space constraints I have removed the heat sysnc's and still not had any issues.

LED headlight conversion that actually works

I have had a pair of Phillips Ultinon LED H7 bulbs since 2019 and used them in 2 or three cars and never had a problem with an MOT. I have them fitted in my Panada 100hp at the moment. They weren't cheap at £110 but they are fantastic, they have a fantastic beam pattern with a super sharp beam...

What have you done to your Audi A4 B7 today?

Today the S4 became worthless as it ticked over the dreaded 100000 miles LOL, and I also fitted a new gear knob that I got from Autodoc for the princely some of £12! I have to say it is of equal quality of the original, fitted perfectly and feels fantastic. I went for a perforated one which...

    TPMS

No, TPMS is not something you can retro fit as it wasn't fitted to any b6 or b7 from the factory. You might be able to get a stand alone aftermarket system.

Remote boot opening on Saloon, Question?

I didn't even know this switch was an option, my S4 saloon doesn't have it. It would be nice to have though, having to unlock the car twice just to get the boot open is a pain in the ****!

Just had free power boost today.

had something similar with my Panda 100hp daily, not quite as cheap but the down pipe snapped just after the cat, so I bought a cheap BM replacement cat and the difference after fitting was night and day. The original cat must have been blocked slightly, or the new cat was cheap for a reason and...

    S4 B7 cabriolet exhaust

It is difficult to say, If the car is running well, has no misfires, doesn't burn too much oil and the primary catalytic converters are in good working order then as long as you gut the secondary catalytic converters so the MOT tester can't see they have been modified then the car should still...

    Tax…

I've just re-taxed the S4 after being SORN'd over the winter, it wasn't a pleasant surprise to find out the prices have gone up, i now pay £730 a year as I have to pay monthly! Really boils my ****, especially when the roads are in the worst condition they have ever been in.

    Spoiler Alert!

I fitted a genuine spoiler to my B6 Audi S4 Avant a few years back (cant remember the part number) and it came with a "fitting kit" which was a tube of adhesive. It required no screws or drilling and within 45minutes of fitting it i could rock the car up and down by pushing up and down on it...

Post pics of your B7 A4/S4 Avant, the more the merrier.....

Not posted in a while, the S4 has been hibernating through the winter, and the road tax has been killing me so I SORN'd it LOL. Funny story, I allegedly got a parking ticket in Norwich a couple of weeks ago, despite the fact I live in North Wales and I haven't visited Norwich in over 10 years...

    S5 rotors

I think the A5 9x19 ET33 fitment wheels are perfect for the B6/B7 A4's. I've been looking for the right set of 9x19 A5 Peelers since buying the S4, I think they will look spot on and very OE+. There is a guy on Instagram called S4Jizzy with 9x20 ET37 on a B7 S4 saloon and the fitment does look...

    Spot the problem.

i'm not convinced, like you say the front bumper doesn't fit right, it has B6 S4 wheels, the side skirts are standard A4 ones not the larger S4 ones, the rear bumper colour doesn't seem to match very well and I can't imagine why anyone would want to convert the exhaust to a twin outlet with a...

What have you done to your Audi A4 B7 today?

Finally got around to replacing the gearbox and rear differential oil in the S4. There is nothing in the history of it being replaced before so it was well worth doing. I was going to use Redline gear oil but even at trade price it was £100 for 5 litres so I opted for Millers 75w90 GL4 - GL5...

Post your B7 eBay, Classified and For Sale links in here. Do not create a thread

Hi All. I have a full S4 carbon interior trim kit. I have both single din and double din front ashtrays, so you can pick whichever one you need. The gear surround has a slight chip in the clear coat, the rear ashtray hinge is broken but the carbon lid could be swapped to any other B6/7 rear...

What have you done to your Audi A4 B7 today?

Yes that’s right Car Shades, they fit perfectly, they come with some stick on clips to help hold them in but to be honest I haven’t used them as they fit so well. The only thing I’m not too keen on is the rear window blind is two pieces so you see a black line down the middle from the inside but...
