Hey Chez !!
Long time no speak. How are you mate.?
Thats what I was thinking.
The only problem is they still have my 255/35 tyres on from the A4.
Their just gonna be to wide.
I know peeps run 19's on S3's.
I was thinking about buying new rims, but if I can put my old ones on that would be...
Hey folks.
Just a quickie.
I have a set of 19x8.5j rims in the garage from my A4 S Line 59 plate.
Will they fit my S3 8P. If yes, what tyres do you run, what problems can there be.
If no, thats cool. Was just wondering.
Thanks in advance for any help.
I just decided to say F it.
Bought an aux cable. Plugged it in by the arm rest and bobs your uncle.
Have to manually select via iPod but no such a hardship.
Save some pennies and get an Rns e eventually.
Thanks for the reply raff,
My bad though. Its not the symphony its the Concert HU.
Tried what you suggested, it just seems to skip over to Ext Aux for some reason.
The Nano says it's connected on the iPod screen, but still no joy.
I'm obviously being a tard somewhere.
Hey folks.
Had a look for solutions On site but couldn't find what I was looking for.
Maybe I just wasn't looking in the right places.
I recently picked up my S3 8p and it comes with the glovebox iPod connection.
I have a 3rd gen iPod nano, which fits right in the connector, but I can't...
Looks great, the only thing I would say though is take off the S3 badges
Car looks good but its not really an S3, just enjoy the look, dont fake the badge.
Top work though.
I got a map on my A3 from Mark at Brotek, never had it on a rolling road yet
I do notice the difference though, especially in the low down torque, pulls really well through 1/2/3.
You won't save much on fuel tho. The faster it goes the easier it is to put the foot down.
Worth it tho.
