Sorry that I'd not come across this thread sooner, but looks like you've managed to get most of it sorted out. The black magic will basically mask with fillers any remaining issues with the bonnet/bumper therefore this will be a temporary fix. I would suggest that once the weather improves...

Unfortunately any mods have been put on hold as im 38 weeks pregnant, so nothing new unfortunately :) Tucked away for winter for the time being. Thanks for the comments :)

If your left with glue residue then Valet Pro Citrus Tar & Glue Remover is your friend...excellent stuff. I've removed viper stripes and business decals with this and it comes off no problem.

Number plate stickers are sufficient and can be picked up from fleabay relatively cheap...they come in handy for lots of things, especially when the other half isnt too good at DIY lol (don't tell Andrew I said that ;) ) I think they look better when they are not screwed on anyway

It can depend on how long they have been one...if the car is relatively new then its easy enough and your just lft with glue residue. If the car is older then you can be left behind with a mark where it was, but just get some polish and give it a rub this should remove any evidence they were...

Andrew has owned his 3 month old S4 for 7 weeks and we are in the process of just selling not because there is anything wrong - the opposite in fact as it's the first car Andrew has owned and really wanted to drive everyday, not bothered about it being in the rain etc. If you know our history...
