    My car is a A3 8P1 Full Bose with subwoofer came with symphony II 6 CD Changer unit, A while ago I changed the unit to a double din Alpine and yet had all speakers + original Bose sub working whilst I added my own 12" subwoofer and amplifier and all went well. Not sure if this would help or not...
