I have he same thing on my 18 RS3. I’ve gone from a 17 S5 sportback, where the whole Setup went seamlessly to a new car where it’s not working. Only difference is the S5 had the SOS button and the RS doesn’t. Loads of stuff on that SOS button being the thin that causes it not to work- mattdsc
