    Sorry to jump in here but I have an a3 tdi 170 pd. Apart from the usual remap, which I have, is there any other mods I can do to get to approx 225 bhp? Cheers.

    I had similar problems with my pd170. DPF blocked so I had to get it cleaned out, and also cleaned the EGR valve etc. I know it's expensive but I now use either shell v power, bp ultimate or esso, plus I use an additive, Archoil D Max AR 6900. I had the soot levels in the dpf checked last Friday...

    My 2007 a3 tdi sportback quattro starts without having to press the clutch pedal. Is that right or not?

    As title, when I push the car the revs. don't drop between gearchanges. Also, if I push it and hold a gear the engine carries on after I've backed off. Any ideas?
