    These suffer with actuator issues, changing the actuator won't cause an imbalance just make sure whoever is doing the work has the correct tools for the job as you can screw it up if you don't know what you're doing.

    Is your car remapped? You could be running excessively high exhaust gas temperatures which keep breaking the sensor.

    Yes look for any split hoses. It will most likely be your sensor that is the fault though.

    Your car has a 2000 bar pressure sensor. This fault could be a number of things, could even be a faulty fuel pump. But obviously start with the sensor as its the cheaper option, check to see if you have any damaged wires also check for leaks.

    If you drive it like that its not going to regenerate, then you'll just clog up your dpf. Regarding the sensor location it seems to be near the high pressure turbo, seems like an absolute pig to get to it...

    Seems like you need your gearbox mapped. Maybe not enough clutch pressure is being applied.
