I found the pzero AO marked tyres have better rim protection than normal pzeros. the ao pzero on my s3 is as wide as a pound coin.

Economy mode didn’t really do much for economy unless you have loads of hills in the area cause it disengage the gearbox and let you freewheel

I had a 2014 190ps 2.0 tdi fwd and that could easily get 50mpg on a good run then got a 2015 3.0 272ps Quattro and managed 40+mpg most of the time, long runs got me 50 ish mpg.

If it’s the same as the facelift the box can handle 500nm of torque and that’s what it comes out the factory with. If engine has been mapped and gearbox hasn’t it could cause problems as any remaps or chips will bump it up well beyond the 500nm

I would try resetting/calibration of the box and a service before pulling it apart as that’s expensive. I’ve seen taxis/private hire cars with 200k+ With dsg boxes and no issues.
