I'd say after all the checks you have done, there's only one thing left it could be....
Timing. It's often confusing on these engines (from posts I've seen).

Disconnect battery for about 20 minutes then reconnect. Turn ignition on but do not start the car for 30 seconds. This will teach the ecu where zero is on the throttle body....Worked for me anyways :icon_thumright:
