Go for mag ride to cope with our rubbish uk tarmac. The ride was so uncompromising without it I've sold the S3 after 8 months snd bought an A3 S-line. Less power but more comfortable for everyday use.

The mirrors won't fold but you can have the passenger side mirror st to dip to the kerb when selecting reverse (to avoid pranging your alloys!) And it can be done by anyone with vcds. I had mine done at my local indie garage gratis as it was a 2 minutr job with a laptop.

I bought my S3 from York Audi (JCT600) and received excellent service throughout. I had a problem with the Sat Nav and they attended to it straightaway (no fault found but reported to Audi) and I had a top of the range A6 3.0TDI courtesy car provided. Hope this helps.
