Email customer.services@audi.co.uk, you'll then be assigned a case manager who call and discuss the issue, they will probably say you need to sort it out with the dealer but they will help if they can.
If I couldn't of sorted a deal to replace my s3 with the Rs3 then I would've gone back to ford. Audi haven't lived up to the expectations of a so called premium brand.
I'd have the incorrect spec one untill your correctly speced car arrives then swap them over - you never know you may prefer the s-Tronic - that's what happened with my incorrectly ordered cars. Can't believe the dealers are still getting the orders wrong.

When driving to work I'm normally in E mode - 50 mile round trip. When having a little fun it's always dynamic and using the paddles, never use Auto and find the only time I use S is if I need a quick burst, then i only change the gearbox by pulling the gear lever, and then again to put it back...

After the centre console was replaced because of the damage, the light around the cigarette lighter wasnt working. So finally got round to taking it in today and guess what, it's not the light or the fitting, so they've got to take the console out again.
