Email customer.services@audi.co.uk, you'll then be assigned a case manager who call and discuss the issue, they will probably say you need to sort it out with the dealer but they will help if they can.

Definitely try to be polite, it took me 4 months to get my second S3 rejected, so keep pushing and get Audi uk involved.

If you've had the car less than 30 days then you can ask for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act. Sure they'll then offer you a replacement.

If I hadn't of got the full value of mind against the RS3, I wouldn't of considered it either. After 2 problem cars I just needed to change.

If I couldn't of sorted a deal to replace my s3 with the Rs3 then I would've gone back to ford. Audi haven't lived up to the expectations of a so called premium brand.

If you haven't already perhaps you should have a s Tronic for a test drive, perhaps for a weekend.

I'd have the incorrect spec one untill your correctly speced car arrives then swap them over - you never know you may prefer the s-Tronic - that's what happened with my incorrectly ordered cars. Can't believe the dealers are still getting the orders wrong.

Well it seems the fault was due to the charcoal filters, not sure where they're located but they need replacing.
