Two things spring to mind - if you've had a new water pump fitted there might be an airlock in the heater pipes.
Secondly, does the car reach normal temperature reasonably quickly ? If not then the thermostat may be faulty.

Those are PR numbers which each chassis number has allocated against it. Most of your PR numbers should be shown on the inside cover of your service book.
Look for 1KP or 1KD and then you know.
Otherwise ask Dave at Stoke Audi by PM'ing him you VIN and he will tell you
Fair enough but consider what would happen if the OP took his car in for MOT and it failed.
At least he (OEM fit or not) knows that if they are not working then it won't pass.
