I can move it by hand with little effort by this I mean I can pull the bar away from the actuator also it moves when I apply revs when stationary.

ive just put a non resonated miltek on my a3 turbo also from revolution,i live in durham,youre more than welcome to have a listen,wouldnt say it gives 10% but certainly quicker and your just driving steady you can hardly hear it intil you apply heavy throttle
