Job was tackled on Wednesday fairly straight forward and the guide on here was very helpfull. Bolts required if you don't want to replace with rivets post drilling out are 4 X M5 X20MM X0.8 1 X M6 X50MM X 0.8

It's a second car now which doesn't see enough use to justify keeping it. So as with anything there comes a time to move on. I'd happily garage it,but I move around a lot with work so wouldnt be practical

They're Forge caps. But I think they may be old stock If you end up buying any ask for extra cork gaskets for the washer cap as they end up perishing over time

Ooosh they're solid rivets so to refit your need a reaction piece so more than just a pop riveting job thats for sure

Hi Asim I'm in Lincolnshire so I couldnt justify that journey unless they couriered the whole unit like you had for drivers side at a decent price

I like the option Asim took very clever, but think I'll struggle in these times to find one. I stripped the foor panel off and found the cable router and a spring section that forms part of the regulator mechanism has sheared. So new reg it is. What are the rivets people are talking about...
