You may want to try your dealer. Mine (Belfast Audi) mailed last week with an offer on aircon regas at half price - working out at £40 which I thought was a good price from a dealer as all the local garages round here are charging £40-50 anyway.

Probably something to do with a combination of the fixed-valve lifters (no hydraulics), the Vanos operating off oil pressure and the high-revving nature of the engine (8,200 redline). All just thoughts, don’t know for sure :)
