Did u sort yr tyres? Yep Yokos are always soft, had p zeros on the s4 and were a great tyre but didn't last me long :-( on verdestiens at the moment and so far been impressed! Not too pricey either.

Hay we have just bought a b8 s4 avant it's a 59 plate it's got an s Tronic box and we love it! We also have a b6 s4 cab. They are totally different cars but if u have a b6 a4 you'll love the b8. The power is lovely . Gear box is a little jerky in lower gears and I have to remember not to use...

Well several days after both gearbox oil and filter changes and a software update the car seems a lot smoother.. It's still slightly jerky around 1st 2nd and reverse but it feels more controlled now not so hit and miss as it did before. The hunting revs are still there but no so obvious. So far...

glad your enjoying your new car. Hopefully you'll get used to the gear box, having said that our b6 s4 always changes gear too soon and i cant help feel that maybe audi had to hold back with the s4 to make sure that the rs4 that much better?! your car looks lovely and its in the best colour too :0)

welcome to the forum ... i couldnt go back to bmw either ! you are so going to love it!! looking forward to some pics!

its all about personal choice... and after coming from a rwd its worth thinking about wether you want a Quattro or front wheel drive too. i prefer the look of s lines and they generally they come with leather seats, bigger wheels nicer steering wheel etc not just the harder lower suspension...
