Have a look at the Kufatec web site they produce a wiring harness complete with a "dongle" to download the coding etc. You may need to contact them as the website says the harness is not suitable for RHD vehicles but I know of two A4 owners who swapped to LED rear lights using a Kufatec harness.

I swapped from an A4 Avant S Line to my Sportback S Line and really miss the auto lights/wipers and three zone climate control which are "extras" on the 4 cylinder Sportback models (petrol and diesel). What about heated seats?

Those are the 19 x 8.5J ‘5-spoke Y’ design alloy wheels. They are 5 stud with a stud diameter of 112 , the offset is 33 if I recall correctly.
