Standard GTi weighed approx 1 ton (990Kg I think) however you would expect the 2.0T to be slightly heavier than the 1.8 16v unit. I would also expect S3 gearbox etc and bigger brakes to have been bolted on and it not still running to old 256mm discs which were prone to fade at the best of...
