hi all, can anyone tell me how easy/difficult it is to remove the EGR/COOLER, ? i need to remove it to clean the EGR as i have that fault keeps coming up. p040300 :sob: i have been told that the EGR is part of the COOLER and looks a PIG to remove, looks like the exhaust has to come off for...

just strip clean and lubricate first the cheaper option

my power comes from my head unit, it powers up when reverse is selected

there are clips that hold it on from behind, it can be removed from the front if your very careful. but your looking at bumper off, to reduce damage.

my after market head unit switches on the reverse cam when reverse is selected, so dident need to use reverse light . depends on what head unit you have ?

just paint them its easy enough to do mine are blue at the moment, but im going for yellow

i had this problem when i first bought the car, since going down the bypass for 20mins once a week never been an issue . personally if your going down the above WHY buy a diesel :bike:

your better off just changing the oil more often (its cheap enough), i change mine every 4,000 miles runs a lot smoother. yeah over the top but its something ive always done, you will no more when you change it, and fit a magnetic sump plug.

should be just short of 5 ltrs with filter. and i wouldn't use engine flush herd of some horror stories , oil additive not needed if you use a good quality oil

yeah it works the same as factory, its just a smaller handle

hi all just had the first cambelt /water pump/serpentine belt done on my 2011 2.0tdi at 105,675 miles with audi grand total £580. got the old belt and it still looks fine no cracks ect. had different advise from audi when i rang round as to when it should be changed, some say 70,000 or 5 years...

that pipe is from air box WATER DRAIN PIPE. oil leak could be from drive shaft seal

check the wires are not broken in the rubber boot when you open the door first
