Get a normal Sat Nav, mine has that horrible LCD red sat nav on the dashboard and I find it nearly useless. I believe the sat nav receiver is on the back, may want to check connections. But the maps are probably so old you are better off getting on eof those Sat nav head units

Wynns oil treatment, it thickens the oil and REALLY helps. I have an A6 2.5 tdi and it after the Wynn's it sounds a helluva lot better! It doesn't seem to affect the operation of the car, I would say it eliminates 90% of the tappety noise
