The springs i got said 35-40mm but would say the drop just now is about 15mm on the standard s4 springs

People tend to prefer custom due to price , nothing more nothing less . Fit a custom do a rolling road and then fit a Milltek,AWE etc and do the same , results are evident

Milltek all the way , pricey but no custom will beat it .... R&D what its all about ;)

Its a webasto heater that heats the coolant and switches on the heater vents activated through the mmi or remote keyfob so if you cant activate through the mmi menu then you dont have it fitted
