Had one of these for about 18 months now and wouldn't be without it. I've done a lot of mods on my A3, both useful ones and others that just look cool. My favourites have to be Scandinavian DRLs, alternating rear turn signals, passenger mirror dip in reverse and of course the famous needle...

No actually you're completely wrong. The reason I did this was to make it easier for removal when I went to shows. I designed it with a quick release so it could be removed or installed in a matter of seconds rather than mucking about with cable ties etc. It's not something I knocked up...
