All 8L 1.8T have just the one cam sensor...no idea about 8P, never had any dealings with them. Hope they helped Surfer101, they know the ins and outs of these engines lol

I've had a look round on google and as far as I can see there is just the one.

Pretty sure there's only one, near the cambelt cover at the top. Maybe being a face lift and newer, they did install a second, but i cant see why. Someone with more knowledge will come and correct if im wrong.

Thanks for the replies. The engine mounts are the original so I might replace them. I have the red dog bone bush too. Think the heat shield might have to be bent, but will see. Thanks again people!

It was the downpipe catching on the rear frame (forgot the name lol) has a metal plate too :persevere:

Hi everyone, I've being searching around for a 2.5" or 3" downpipe with decat for my A3 AGU. I bought one from eBay (ToyoSport), like a few people have on here, but it didn't fit. The ones I find are NOT for the AGU engine, only AUM AUQ etc engines. I have a Jetex 2.5" cat-back at the moment...

Does the AGU engine downpipe fit the same as the AUM, ARZ, APP & AUQ? Because i maybe be thinking its for one of them and not my AGU?

Hey iv bought a toyosports downpipe & decat from eBay (the one that was mentioned on another thread) iv had problems fitting it, down pipe hits the steering rack and pushes the decat up so it won't line up with the centre section. Everyone else who iv seen bought one has no problems fitting...
